Saugatuck / Douglas

  • Average list price was up 1.67% in May of 2025 ($1,058,538) vs May of 2024 ($1,041,114).
  • There were 7 sold listings in May of 2025 down 42% from the 12 sold in May of 2024; number of pending listings was down 36% with 7 in May of 2025 and 11 in May of 2024; and the number of new listings was down 14% with 24 in May of 2025. 

Holland

  • Average list price was up 5.67% to $835,572, and average sale price was also up 14.40% to $464,563 in May 2025 vs May 2024.
  • Number of sold listings was up 2% to 93, number of new listings was down 8% to 136 vs May of 2024 in Holland.  Active listings were up 4% to 258 from 248.

Grand Haven / Spring Lake

  • Average list price was down 22.38% to $619,682 in May 2025 vs May 2024.
  • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was up 17% to 238 in May 2025 vs May 2024 and number of sold listings was up 2% to 63.
