  • Average list price was down 13.34% in February of 2025 ($972,742) vs February of 2024 ($1,122,525).
  • There were 2 sold listings in February of 2025 down 67% from the 6 sold in February of 2024; number of pending listings was down 50% with 3 in February of 2025 and 6 in February of 2024; and the number of new listings stayed the same with 8 in February of 2025 as well as in February of 2024. 

Holland

  • Average list price was up 4.23% to $790,423, and average sale price was also up 5.49% to $366,356 in February 2025 vs February 2024.
  • Number of sold listings was up 4% to 50, number of new listings was up 14% to 67 vs February of 2024 in Holland.  Active listings were up 8% to 179 from 165.

Grand Haven / Spring Lake

  • Average list price was down 10.92% to $655,393 in February 2025 vs February 2024.
  • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was up 5% to 154 in February 2025 vs February 2024 and number of sold listings was down 18% to 32.
